Raining season and mosquitos
Hey everybody! How are y'all doing? I am doing great after I received some help with nutrition :3. But no worries, I am really doing fine now. Unfortunately the trip to Salinas and Montes Carlos was cancelled, so when I return to Brazil, I, unfortunately... XD, have to visit the places. Me and some friends are planning on a trip to Serra do Cípo. When I know more about this I will let you guys know.
My laboratory work is going great. In the mean time I received some real results and I am prepairing for a congress in Natal in November. I am really looking forward to it and I am very excited and honored that my professor wants my work on the congress. A lot of great opportunities are offered here. And I am very gratefull for that.
Now I am sure I want to return and do a masters here. I am studying Portuguese like crazy. I am looking for a book that can help me studying Portuguese and every penny I don't need, I will save for the visa procedure. Next week I will be on half of my period here... :'(. But it means I still have half left :). And I am not going to waste that precious time!
In the mean time the raining season started and I still have to buy an umbrella. I am really going to need it. Besides insect repellent might come in handy too because I don't want to waste my time in hospital, having dengue or another unpleasant disease... I will keep you posted :)
Até mais!
